Fall is right around the corner! This fundraiser spotlights selling popular fall foliage: mums!

The fundraiser offers 9-inch mums for $10.41 (including tax). Participants should estimate how many they plan to sell, but quantities may be limited. Specific colors are not guaranteed, though requests are welcome. This is a great opportunity for any organization in Fort Smith, Arkansas that might be interested in raising funds. If you choose to participate in the fundraising opportunity, please let us know how many mums your organization will plan on trying to sale, and if you plan on selling vouchers/tickets, or are going to do pick-up and/or delivery.

Ticket/Voucher Sales:

The first way to sale mums is with tickets/vouchers. Your organization sells tickets which people then bring to Sharum's Fort Smith Garden Center.

The tickets/vouchers produced must:

  • Be numbered
  • Have a physical copy to be presented to us specifying exactly what size mum the customer purchased via the fundraiser
  • Have your organizations/groups name on it

We will collect payment payment based on how may tickets we have collected from your group/organization.


We are selling our 9" mums this year at retail for $15.99 plus tax = $17.51. We do not tell you what price to sell your mums for, but that is the price that your customers will see when they come in to Sharum's. So you will be making $7.10 per mum if you keep to the $17.51 price. It's best to let people know to come early with their tickets while we have good selection. It is first come, first serve only based on what colors we have available at the time. Pick up times have traditionally been between September 7th and October 15th.

Pickup or Delivery:

Pickup or delivery normally applies to a number of mums, not just a few. We do have a delivery charge based on quantity (number of trucks we have to send) and distance.  We will need advance notice. For pickup, we prefer at least a week's notice so that we can pre-pull and have mums ready. For delivery we need as much notice as possible as we do have other deliveries that may conflict. In this instance, color requests may be made. We always try our best, but no promises. Giving us a second choice of color does help it go more smoothly. Pick up times have traditionally been between September 7th and October 15th.
